beachAfter a successful Crossover this past Thursday, we are ready to kick off the Class A’s and enjoy a fun day in the sun at Bill Baggs Cape Florida!  This is a 100% family event.  No leaders, just Scouts and Parents.

The Pack will supply a Fried Chicken lunch.  We do need a few 10×10 tents so if you have one, please bring it.

See you all there!

firstWe had our first meeting of the 2014-2015 season this past Thursday and felt like a success.  The turnout was terrific with most of our existing pack members returning with some new additions as well.  The meeting started with two of our Webelos presenting the colors.  We then had an introduction to Scouting by your’s truly, where we met the new leaders and committee members followed by a few announcements.  After that we had the boys split into dens for a bit for their own den-specific introductions; this gave the adults a few more moments to discuss the Pack in more detail.  Afterwards, we all gathered by the fire pit and had some delicious S’mores…

We will continue to concentrate on recruitment efforts for the next couple of meetings with the dens beginning to work on the Bobcat trail.  I am very optimistic for this year and can’t wait to get started…

If anyone has additional pictures, please forward them to us.
